Selecting
a bridal hair and makeup artist is one of the most important decisions
for a bride to make, so
it's
vital to get it right. The perfect hair and makeup will highlight your
beauty and sense of style.
During
the trial, I can advise you on colour, wedding day preparations for
treatments and styles, make-up and beauty preparations. I also specialise in hair
extensions, being fully trained and certified in Racoon No. 1 Hair
Extensions. A high quality hair extension, using premium hair and bonding
that is 100% natural. The extensions can be ordered in all grades and colours
to suit every individual requirement. If you need any extra length or thickness
added to your hair for the special occasion, this is the most effective
and natural way of doing so; and it also lasts for up to three months! It’s
important to note that extensions are best applied a couple of weeks before the
date of the wedding. This allows you time to adjust to the extensions,
and make changes if necessary. So they feel natural and comfortable for your special
day!

I am
currently taking bookings from 2013 into
2014 - 2015.
I am
constantly receiving bookings, though some dates can still be booked for up to
eighteen months in advance.
To secure
a booking, a non refundable deposit is required. This will ensure my
services for your desired date, this is redeemable off the final
costs of your wedding day hair and make up services. If you are getting
married in peak season, a booking should be secured as soon as possible or the
date may become unavailable.
So come
in and have a trial to see how you like your hair & makeup.
The
Wedding Trial
I
recommend you have your trial done when you’re going somewhere special, so you
can show off your gorgeous hair and make-up! The wedding trials take
place in the stylish and relaxed atmosphere of my studio. At the trial we can
also discuss anything you may need for
the day.
We can put together an order for you to purchase any touch-up products,
lipsticks, foundations and any other products you may require.
We can
also discuss any questions or ideas you may have for your bridesmaids, family
and friends that may require hair or make up services for the day. So come and
enjoy a glass of bubbly or a Latte while we plan your wedding day styles.
Complete a profile for your wedding day requirements, arrival times,
photographer, and ready time, time of wedding, before and after photos. Suggestions
for that perfect look, veil, tiara, hair jewels, eye colours, material
samples of colours Please allow 2.5 hours per consultation.
Travel
On your
wedding day, I am
able to travel to your venue. Pricing is dependent on the distance travelled
and starts
from $50
for inner city and surrounding CBD areas. Then it's a $1 per km thereafter
outside a 30 km radius of the Brisbane CBD. If you are organising your wedding
from overseas, I can make things as easy as possible for you.
You
can make your bookings online, also send any images you may like and I can
answer any questions you have regarding styles, makeup, trials and
prepayments. Susanne and her team are available to look after commercial
clients or Bride's either on location or at the Bride's home, hotel
suites or in her private Studio. Susanne services,

wedding. In preparing for your big day, I will take the time to talk with you,
to help plan the look you want, and most importantly the look that will best
suit you. I will do this by taking into account your skin complexion, hair type
and any other special personal elements of your wedding day. Planning that
perfect combination of hair and make up starts with a trial session,
usually done at my private studio. Feel free to bring along any magazine
photographs or other pictures of the look that you want and members of your bridal
party are also welcome to attend the trial.
I only
use products of the highest quality; though I am not loyal to any one brand.
These products include Napoleon, Latonas, Trucco, Evolve & Mac for
makeup, and Wella, Moroccan, Evo, Brazilian blow out range, and the
BRASIL CACAU Range, G H D products for hair. I will use a combination
of products and techniques that will give the best results. To create a clean,
fresh and glamorous look. A style which is classical yet contemporary, with an
individual edge tailored to suit your facial shape and enhance your looks.
As a
fully qualified hair stylist, technician and make up artist, with over
20 years experience in the industry, I am trained and certified in Napoleon
Perdis Fashion, Glamour & Bridal Make-up artistry.

Air Brush Makeup
Airbrush makeup is sprayed on through an air
compressor as a fine mist of colour that gently covers the skin, giving the
appearance of a flawless complexion. Spraying microdots of makeup that rest on
the surface of the face looks more natural than traditional makeup because it
isn't rubbed into the skin and doesn’t exaggerate the pores. This process is
hygienic and allows the Airbrush makeup to conceal better while enabling your
